"Emerging Influence” was birthed from a place of intense obligation! Social Media has enhanced the negative impact of bad leadership while minimizing the need for Shepherding and the spiritual impact of godly character in the life of a leader both within the United States and abroad. Leadership is both Spirit-Led and Technical. Spirit-led because it is an ongoing process of skill development and practical processes of passing on those skills to others for the purpose of their development. (2 Tim. 2:2, 1Pet. 5:1-4) Technical because it is necessary to apply diligence while studying the living Epistle for ethics and Christianity (2Tim. 2:15, 2Tim. 3:16-17) Furthermore, those who do not continually renew their leadership are at risk of poor shepherding and leading the flock astray (Jer. 23:1-4, Acts 20:28)
Therefore, I desired to organize a reformed leadership training called “Emerging Influence”. A spiritual training and development course that teaches:

about the, meaning, manifestation, and receiving of the Holy Spirit.

Provide appropriate and legitimate leadership training for all generations.

Guide and teach about the various spiritual gifts given to the church.

Encourage spiritual commitment that will impact and improve communities, families, and the nation.
For centuries we have referenced or read about the Five-Fold Ministry, written in Ephesians 4: 11(Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers). Theologians and many spiritual teachers have stated if the Five-Fold Ministry is not active in the Church, the church is not adequately aligned in proper training, teaching, and spiritual development. However, operating in the Spirit is also necessary for every leader, from the Apostle to the Teacher.
When a believer is elevated because of their natural gifts yet lacks the spiritual gift of leadership; while they may be credentialed, they are not acting spiritually mature and lack the authority of Christ to teach and Shepherd others, to become mature in Christ (Rom. 12:1-2, Eph. 4:13-14)
However, if WE develop our spiritual gifts, lead with spiritual commitment, and are united in faith, strength, encouragement, and full of miracle power, followers will be less likely to be manipulated by carnal stratagems and become united in their homes, workplaces, and community.
As Ambassadors of Christ (2Cor 5:20-21), we represent the power of the Spirit. Therefore, we must not lose sight of our responsibilities to OUR King by forgetting that we are servants first (Mk. 10:42-45, 1Cor 3:9-13). Leaders shepherd the flock of God (1Pet. 5:1-2, Acts 20:28) by teaching, encouraging growth in faith, and helping others to embrace their own spiritual gifts. Leadership practice godliness
(2 Cor. 5:17, Gal. 2:20), modeling Christlikeness in their leadership.

Requires leading with manifestation. Believers are set apart by righteousness yet unified by the Holy Spirit, who distributes spiritual gifts.
This course is necessary IF YOU DO have a degree in a field of Ministry or Theology, and you desire to obtain Leadership credentials for Licensure, Certification, or Ordination.
This course will train and develop:

Spiritual gifts, and how to utilize that Spiritual gift in the church or community.

Requirements
1. You will need access to a computer.
2. Establish a time and location for daily prayer and weekly Fasting.
3. Discuss what you are doing with your family and try to have them involved with your
training.
4. Be available to participate in services. Ex: Prayer, Conferences, Conventions,
Convocations, and more. Which will include YOU as the student to speak, and
ministerially serve.
5. Be available for communion, and other religious sacraments that show humility ie… (Foot
washing).
6. Understand leadership as serving and submitting to Holiness.
7. We will use other resources for training, some books will be supplied, and others the
student will purchase yet, all training will be Biblically based.
8. After Each Chapter we will go over proper sermon exegesis.
